The latest list of Chinese Ministry of Education-approved medical universities which offer MBBS in English has been released. The list has been released every year since 2007 when “Provisions for Quality Control Standards on Undergraduate Medical Education in English for International Student in China” were introduced. The list is maintained by the National Western Medical Education Expert Group which continually assesses medical schools in China to determine whether they are qualified to offer MBBS programs in English.

In China, there are 200+ Medical schools but only 45 universities are legally allowed by Ministry of education china to teach MBBS in English medium. Other than these 45 Medical universities have Chinese/Bilingual Medium of teaching.

Beware please! If admission letter issued by any MOE Listed University mentioned MBBS in Chinese Medium or HSK-4 to pass in First year, That university will enroll you on non-Listed seats which means you are enrolling in MBBS program with Chinese Medium.
